About the Durango Pinion
The Durango Piñon
presents multimedia journalism and documentaries incorporating writing, audio,
video, photos, and slideshows with the goal of providing intellectual discourse on community and cultural events and issues.
Interviews, documentaries, and investigative news stories
provide in-depth and reasoned discussions about local, national, and
international issues.
An editorial board comprised of students and faculty at Fort Lewis
College will provide oversight and advising, but our student
journalists and members of the faculty will have independence in investigating
stories that interest them and follow our shared mission to provide
quality and intriguing convergent media journalism.
