Some Quicktime Movies showing data from the NASAN program:
In one of my former lifetimes, I worked at the Johnson Space Center
in Houston. Among other things, I developed the NASAN
contamination modeling program. If you don't have Quicktime
installed, try www.apple.con/quicktime.
- Molecular Column Density quicktime
movie The first one is a view from the Space Station starboard
attached payload sites. The view is looking aft. The column density
is from the laboratory module chamber blowdown. (It's 478K.)
- PMA1 to ATCS viewfactor quicktime movie
The second movie shows the view factors of the Pressurized
mating adaptor onto the Active Thermal Control System (ATCS)
radiators as a function of gamma rotation joint angle. (This one is
939K.)
- Pulsed Plume movie The third one is a
movie of a pulsed plume. It is just an arbitrary case to show the
effects. (This file is only 236K.)
- Virtual Reality movie The third one is
a quicktime VR movie of the model. You should be able to view this
using the latest Quicktime plugins. (This file is only74K.)
